Anna is a PhD student in the Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Department at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Her research addresses the impacts of climatic disturbances like wildfire on communities and ecosystems across the Western US, and how to better adapt to them.

Anna’s background includes a B.A. in Sustainable Development from Columbia University and a M.S. in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford. Prior to her PhD, she worked as a Climate Assessment Specialist for the NOAA Regional Integrated Sciences and Assessment Program and a Research Analyst for the Sustainable Development Solutions Network.
