Brian Muller is an associate professor in the Environmental Design Program at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he teaches environment and land use planning, planning history and spatial analysis. He holds an undergraduate degree from Yale University and a Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of California Berkeley.
