I earned a B.A. in Geology from the University of California, Berkeley (2013) and recently finished a MSc. in Environmental Science at Trinity College Dublin (2020).

In my dissertation, I used remotely-sensed drone data to assess seasonal changes in salt marsh morphology.

I am currently a Geologist at the United States Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District, where I work on environmental remediation and geomorphology projects.

I am interested in using remote sensing to promote data-based decision making to solve environmental issues. In my spare time, I enjoy knitting and backpacking.
