I intend to pursue a career acquiring and analyzing images (specifically from active and passive sensors mounted to UAVs) for the agricultural, energy, or real estate sectors.  I received a BA in Economics and a minor in Geology from CU Boulder and have worked in the financial industry for over 20 years.  I hope to leverage my financial experience with my new skills in data analytics. My capstone project for Earth Data Analytics professional certificate will focus on using machine learning and predictive models to automate the classification of thermal images for business and industry applications.
